At Decathlon, we believe sport should be accessible to everyone in a sustainable way. As Media & Growth specialist, you are responsible for the operational planning, execution, monitoring, and optimization of media campaigns.
You ensure high-quality activation, reliable data, and strong performance while contributing to continuous improvement across the Growth & Media ecosystem. You work closely with local and international teams to turn strategy into measurable growth.
1) Build and activate media campaigns
Plan, set up, and activate media campaigns within defined scopes and processes
Verify technical activation, tracking, targeting, creatives, and campaign settings
Manage daily budget pacing in line with overall objectives
Coordinate execution with local and cross-functional teams
Apply global processes and guidelines, adapting them when local needs require
2) Monitor performance & optimize execution
Track and analyze campaign performance (CPC, CPM, CPV, reach, frequency, engagement)
Implement operational optimizations such as creative rotation, targeting, and dayparting
Ensure consistency and reliability of raw data used for reporting
Propose and execute budget reallocations to maximize performance
3) Drive execution efficiency & operational excellence
Act as an operational point of contact within the Media & Growth network
Improve and standardize activation processes across countries and teams
Escalate structured performance alerts and operational insights to key stakeholders
Build and maintain automated dashboards and performance tools
Implement testing protocols and translate insights into action
4) Continuous improvement & growth contribution
Lead standardized testing frameworks to continuously improve campaign efficiency
Co-build new templates, processes, and tools with Growth Strategists
Actively contribute to tool evolution, automation, and BI integration
Share best practices and drive concrete process improvements across the network
5) Your impact & results
Channel performance metrics (CPC, CPM, CPV, etc.)
Reach, frequency, and customer engagement
Incremental traffic and GMV
Contribution of marketing to sustainability objectives

Who are you?
Experience in media, growth, or digital campaign management (level dependent: 0–2 / 2+ / 5+ years)
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
Structured, detail-oriented, and performance-focused
Comfortable working in a cross-functional and international environment
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred for senior roles) in Marketing, Communications, or related field
