As a Brand & Campaign Marketing Specialist, you plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You combine data insights with creative thinking to grow brand awareness, drive engagement, and achieve conversion goals.
You work closely with internal teams, agencies, and partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and within budget—while contributing to a consistent and sustainable brand experience.
1) Plan & execute omnichannel marketing campaigns
Develop end-to-end campaign plans including objectives, target audiences, key messages, and timelines
Launch, manage, and track campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels
Coordinate tasks and schedules to ensure on-time delivery
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment
Communicate campaign progress, risks, and updates clearly and proactively
Organize campaign assets and documentation in shared systems
2) Coordinate campaign assets & ensure compliance
Coordinate the development of campaign assets that are compelling, on-brand, and strategically aligned
Create and communicate clear creative briefs outlining objectives, messaging, and requirements
Work closely with creative teams and agencies to deliver high-quality assets
Review all materials for brand consistency, legal compliance, and sustainability guidelines
Manage feedback and approval processes efficiently
3) Monitor & report campaign performance
Track campaign KPIs, audience engagement, and performance metrics
Share insights to support content and campaign optimization
Prepare clear, concise, and visually strong performance reports for stakeholders
4) Optimize campaigns using data & customer insights
Analyze daily campaign performance and translate results into actionable optimizations
Collaborate with data and insight teams on testing and deeper analysis
Present insights and strategic recommendations to marketing leadership
5) Support budget & resource management
Support invoice processing and budget tracking
Monitor campaign spend to ensure efficient budget allocation
Report on financial KPIs and ensure alignment with business priorities
WHO ARE YOU?
Experience in brand, campaign, or marketing project management
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Experience working with creative teams, agencies, and multiple stakeholders
Data-driven mindset with experience tracking KPIs and performance
Strong communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented way of working
Interest in sustainability and responsible marketing
