Process Leader

Our new automated distribution center in Tilburg is open since 2021 and we supply all our 22 stores. Additionally, customers from the Netherlands and part of Belgium also receive their orders through our warehouse. In addition to the 250 employees, there are also at least as many robots on the road, making this Decathlon's most modern distribution center ever. Decathlon's mission is to move people through the wonders of sport.

To make this possible, we currently have several process leaders vacancies (full-time). As a process leader you will supervise one of those processes and will recruit, build and train a team.

Responsibilities

• To select, manage and develop a team of Decathlon ambassadors to serve the project
• Create and work with your own forecast and base your strategic decisions on that
• Organizing the services within my logistics department.
• Guaranteeing standard personnel management.
• Ensuring operating duty management in the operation

RESPONSABILITIES OF THE PROCESS LEADER:

• Team; You are responsible for hiring, training and developing your own team, full of passionate and energetic colleagues, working in a safe environment;

• Service; You continuously improve the process to increase the quality of the service;

• Operational; You ensure adequate planning, stock management, manage costs and budget & report the activity for your logistics process.

• You can work from Mon-Sun in two shifts, and in high season also working in night shifts

WHAT DO WE OFFER?

1. Salary of 2950 euro gross

2. Holiday bonus (8% of your gross salary)
