All products can break, sometimes through use, sometimes due to a manufacturing defect, but fortunately most of Decathlon's products are repairable. In our stores we have workshops that solve many problems, but they send the difficult jobs to the service center. As a technician, you are a true expert who has a lot of product knowledge and you know how to independently carry out complicated repairs. Communication with our stores is also part of your work, because they will sometimes ask for advice and like to stay informed about the state of their repairs.
A product that you have handled will return to the store in perfect condition, making for a happy customer! Our technicians are specialists in camping and watersports, repairing products such as tents, sups and kayaks. By joining our team you will become a top technician with a variety of skills.

The Repair Team is an international group who carry out all different repairs. Gradually, everyone is looking for their own specialization, and we expect the same from you. Everyone can work independently, but with difficult issues, we work together to find a solution. We are in full development; therefore, there is plenty of room for your ideas.
