THE EXPERT WHO PERFECTLY REPAIRS OUR PRODUCTS

All products can break, sometimes through use, sometimes due to a manufacturing defect, but fortunately most of Decathlon's products are repairable. In our stores we have workshops that solve many problems, but they send the difficult jobs to the service center, where you take care of them. As service center/bike mechanic, you are a true expert who has a lot of product knowledge and you know how to independently carry out complicated bike repairs. Communication with our stores is also part of your work, because they will sometimes ask for advice and like to stay informed about the state of their repairs.
A product that you have handled will return to the store in perfect condition, making for a happy customer!

MEET THE TEAM! 

The Repair Team is an international group of people who carry out all different repairs, not just on bikes, but also on tents, clothes and SUPs. Gradually, everyone finds their own specialization and we expect the same from you. Everyone can work independently, but with difficult issues we work together to find a solution. The team has its own manager (we like to say; leader) who takes care of planning, training and technical assistance!

ABOUT YOU

• You have demonstrable experience as a bicycle mechanic and/or possess a mechanic's diploma

• You enjoy helping colleagues with technical questions

• You want to keep learning about (repair) technology.

• Available 24-38 hours

• You like to work in an organized manner

• You don't just throw things away, but repair it if you can

YOUR TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Proven knowledge and experience with bicycle repairs

• You you know your way around with city bikes, sports bikes and E-bikes

• Be sure to tell us about your technical interest in your application

• Enthusiasm and motivation to learn and to explain

WORKING HOURS

No late shifts, no weekend shifts: the repair team works Monday to Friday, from 8.30 till 17.00
