As an HR & Payroll Administrator, you aren’t just processing numbers – you are ensuring a seamless journey for our teammates throughout their entire employee lifecycle. You will play a vital role in creating the right conditions for human transformation, maintaining our organizational agility, and ensuring our teammates feel valued and supported.
Employee Lifecycle & Administration: Manage the end-to-end employee journey. You will independently verify and validate employment contracts, handle administrative validations, and ensure a smooth onboarding process by granting teammates access to the necessary internal tools.
Payroll Support: While your role covers a broad HR scope, you will also be actively involved in payroll processes. You will help guarantee accurate pay slips, oversee time variables and absences, and confidently support teammates by answering their payroll-related questions.
Offboarding Management: Smoothly coordinate employee departures by calculating exit elements and ensuring all legal and final documents are delivered accurately and strictly on time.
Operational Partnership: Act as a key HR contact for managers and operational staff. You will guide them on administrative procedures, labor laws, and help them understand how HR data impacts their local teams.

Autonomy and confidence in handling employment contracts and daily administrative tasks.
Previous managerial experience within Decathlon.
A strong willingness to learn, grow, and adapt. We don't require prior expertise in specific HR software – we are looking for a proactive mindset!
Excellent organizational skills and a detail-oriented, human-first approach to problem-solving.
