We are searching for new teammates who have passion for repair and circularity/sustainability!
As a Circular Teammate in the Circular Center, you will be working on refurbishing our products. You diagnose, repair, and recondition products that can’t be sold as new.

Some of our Decathlon products end up being returned for a variety of reasons. If something turns out to be wrong with the product, then it starts for us. We are going to breathe new life into it! Instead of throwing it away, we check, replace, and repair what is necessary to prepare the product for sale again!

You have hands-on mentality to check the 2nd life products and repair them. We will teach you the tricks and support you with various training courses. The team is small and will expand considerably in a short time. A great opportunity for a kickstart in your (sustainable) career within a large company in the Netherlands. We will also work on initiatives such as Buyback and Rental.

• Receive, check, repair, pack and ship products

• Together with your teammates you discuss the priority of the day, every day can be different

• After the first month, you develop yourself in a variety of our different projects: Fixing bikes, fixing tents, learning the sewing process, matching unpaired shoes, etc.

• You always think proactively about how we can improve the departments, ideas are always more than welcome!
