Team Lead HR Operations

For the coming years the People project will be built around three main pillars. The first pillar is about People Operations. The second pillar focuses on People Strategy and the role as business partners. The third pillar concentrates on People Solutions driven by the centers of expertise, for example recruitment, compensation & benefits and learning & development.

This three-pillar strategy is needed to continually strengthen the Decathlon DNA. The People team will optimize their operations and deliver a state-of-the-art employee experience, from onsite to remote interactions.This role is essential to continue to strengthen the DNA of Decathlon and to create added value to all of our teammate's experience within their Decathlon journey. 

The  role

The Team Lead HR Operations reports to the HR Director NL and leads the People Operations & services team including the central HR system & data area. 

This role will develop and implement the future HR operations strategy to ensure one way of working. You lead the playfield of core People operations processes and systems to make sure we create a comfortable and happy environment for our teammates development. The end goal is to design and roll out seamless service delivery. This model will ensure one-time right administration, user-friendly systems, flawless data and a perfect employee experience.

This role is about transformation. That’s why solid stakeholder management capabilities are key. In addition, you work closely with Business, Data, Payroll and Business Control teams to ensure buy-in, alignment and smooth implementation. This is an essential role to continue to strengthen the DN A of Decathlon and to create Human alue to all of our teammate's experience within their Decathlon journey.

 Experience

We need someone who will take ownership, a quick thinker who knows when to push and get things done, but also when to slow down and engage with people.

  • You love sports!

  • You have + 5 years of experience with HR digital systems and process improvement
  • Agile working environment

  • Delivering inspiring leadership and performance orientation
  • Establishing HR Service delivery models, a KPI dashboard and reporting system.
  • You have a bachelor or masters' degree in HR Management
