Process Leader

Our new automated distribution center in Tilburg is open since 2021 and we supply all our 22 stores. Additionally, customers from the Netherlands and part of Belgium also receive their orders through our warehouse.  In addition to the 250 employees, there are also at least as many robots on the road, making this Decathlon's most modern distribution center ever. Decathlon's mission is to move people through the wonders of sport.

To make this possible, we currently have several team leaders vacancies (full-time). As a team leader you will supervise one of those processes and will recruit, build and train a team. 

Responsibilities

1. To select, manage and develop a team of Decathlon ambassadors to serve the project
2. Create and work with your own forecast and base your strategic decisions on that
3. Organizing the services within my logistics department.
4. Guaranteeing standard personnel management.
5. Ensuring operating duty management in the operation
