For the coming years the People project will be built around three main pillars. The first pillar is about People operations and services. The second pillar focuses on People Strategy and the role as business partners. The third pillar concentrates on People solutions driven by the centers of expertise, for example recruitment, compensation & benefits and learning & development.

The role

To strenghten our payrol team (people operations), we are looking for a payroller, who will be the expert in payroll administration and ensure that our employees are paid on time and correctly. You are aware of all laws and regulations concerning payroll administration and know how to apply them in practice. Furthermore, you have a proactive attitude and like to contribute to improvements in our payroll administration. You will work in a close team with motivated colleagues where there is room for your own initiative and creativity.

Repsonsibilities;

  • You are responsible for a flawless payroll process with accurate, timely and consistent results
  • Preparing reports on HR data and personnel costs

  • Processing and checking e.g. payroll taxes, overtime and sick leave so that the correct wages can be calculated
  • Administrative tasks, such as checking and correcting employee bank information and salary data
  • Acting as point of contact for salary and contract-related questions from employees and management
  • Timely declaration and payment of payroll taxes and pension declarations, among other things
  • Drawing up contracts that comply with the agreements made and the legislation and regulations
  • Keeping track of changes in the collective labour agreement or laws and regulations concerning personnel matters


What do we ask from you?

  • You love sports!
  • At least 2 years working experience as payroll administrator

  • In possession of a PDL diploma and/or VPS diploma
  • Customer-friendly, service-oriented and team-oriented attitude
  • Good oral and written skills in Dutch & English
  • Experience with international employees and everything that comes with it in terms of payroll administration
