WHAT DOES IT LOOK LIKE TO WORK IN THE RETURNS PROCESS?:
Monday- Saturday, shift times 07:30-16:00. With the option of flexible hours too, some extra evening shifts. Without speaking to the customer, look for a suitable solution for the customer's returned product(s) to be a key part in the customer journey experience.
Process your returned products by registering them in the system and checking the complaint description. Then you provide the right solution.
