Lead Talent Acquistion
As a Talent Acquisition Manager at Decathlon Netherlands, you are responsible for shaping our long-term recruitment and employer branding strategy. Together with a team of 5 professionals, you will take on the challenge of attracting, selecting and retaining talent for our Logistic Distribution Center, our 21 stores and the head office in Amsterdam (excellent knowledge of Dutch & English is required) . You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategic recruitment initiatives, working closely with various departments to ensure we have the right people in the right places.
Responsibilities
Developing a clear, modern vision for recruitment and employer branding and converting this into concrete plans.
Leading and coaching the recruitment team, inspiring and motivating.
Initiating and leading recruitment projects and optimizing recruitment processes.
Maintaining a good network with internal and external stakeholders and responding to new trends in recruitment and employer branding.
Understanding the needs of the organization and responding creatively to these needs, together with the team.
Providing management information through dashboards on relevant recruitment process data.

For this position we are looking for a new colleague who can continue and optimize the current change. You are able to further develop our team, but you are also a pioneer in the recruitment world and know how to convert this into concrete recruitment plans that fit our retail organization. For this role excellent knowledge verbally and oral of the Dutch & English language is required. You also recognize yourself in the following:
At least 5 years of experience in recruitment and employer branding, of which at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Experience in managing, coaching and building a team of professionals.
Experience with (international) stakeholder management
Proven experience in optimizing and professionalizing recruitment processes and systems.
Excellent skills in stakeholder management and decision-making.
